Invitation to Apply Eligibility to Bid for the

Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Heavy Equipment
1. The Municipal Government of Buguey, through its 20% Development Fund - Loan Amortization, intends to apply the sum of Ten Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (10,100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Heavy Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Buguey now invites bids for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Heavy Equipment. Delivery of the Goods and Services required is 60 days. Bidders should have completed, within the last 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
