Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GARDEN TOOLS

1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum Three Million Two Hundred Two Thousand Pesos (Php3,202,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Garden Tools/IB No. 2025-065 (GAS).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas now invites bids for the Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Garden Tools with the following specifications:

Spade (US) Tempered 2 with wooden handle, minimum of 38 inches 454 pcs
Hoe (with wooden handle 42 inches) 449 pcs
Plastic sprinkler (8 L cap.) 415 pcs
Hand trowel (made of steel, head length and width: 27 x 7.7cm / 10.6 x 3 in; handle size 13 x 3 cm / 5.1 x 11 in) 323 pcs
Rake (steel handle, at least 4 ft. length min of 14 teeth) 438 pcs
