1) The City Government of Olongapo, through the Local Fund of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Twenty-six Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (P/3,826,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Emergency and Rescue Tools, Gears and Equipment (Firefighting Operations) for DRRMO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
