Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Electrical Equipment for NIA-PIMO and MBBRIS Office

1. The NIA - Palawan Irrigation Management Office, through the CY 2025 COB Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Electrical Equipment for NIA-PIMO and MBBRIS Office with Contract Number: PALIMO-GOODS-CY2025-47. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NIA - Palawan Irrigation Management Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of goods is required Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
