INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF E-TRIKE TO BE USED FOR THE OPERATION OF TOURISM OFFICE
1. The Municipality of Linapacan, through the 60% Environmental Fee Collection intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos only (100,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF E-TRIKE TO BE USED FOR THE OPERATION OF TOURISM OFFICE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Linapacan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by seven (30) days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
