1) The City Government of Olongapo, through the Local Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million One Hundred Forty-six Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-seven and 65/100 Pesos Only (P/10,146,867.65) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/ item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
