1. The DOH-LABUAN GENERAL HOSPITAL, through the GAA 2025 MOOE & REVOLVING FUND intends to apply the sum of SIXTEEN MILLON TWO HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN & 58/100 PESOS ONLY (Php 16,212,177.58) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT, SUPPLY, AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINE VIA ORDERING AGREEMENT with Contract ID no. 25-02-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOH-LABUAN GENERAL HOSPITAL now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Delivery is required within 30 days via ordering agreement. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
