1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB) hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser” now requests for submission of price quotations for the procurement of the aforesaid items described in the Technical Specifications.

2. The DENR-EMB intends to apply the sum of Sixty-four thousand eight hundred pesos only (PhP64,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) charged against the GAA 2025 to payments under the PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BULK WATER FOR EMB REGIONAL OFFICE USE AT 30 TONS PER WEEK, 120 TONS PER MONTH FOR 3 MONTHS FROM OCTOBER 2025 TO DECEMBER 2025 WITH RFQ NO. 2025-RFQ-06-105. Bids received in-excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
