Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ANIMAL FEEDS, VETERINARY DRUGS, PRODUCTS AND SUPPLEMENTS FOR VARIOUS NLP-LEED PROJECTS FOR NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of (2025 - Continuing Appropriations) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand One Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php5,392,120.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Animal Feeds, Veterinary Drugs, Products and Supplements for Various NLP-LEED Projects for Negros Occidental/IB No. 2026-043 (GAS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas now invites bids for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Animal Feeds, Veterinary Drugs, Products and Supplements for Various NLP-LEED Projects for Negros Occidental with the following specifications:
