1. The PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION (PRC) - Regional Office
IX, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) General Appropriations
Act (GAA) of 2025 with a total amount of One Million Three Hundred Thirty-Eight
Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos (Php1,338,295.00) inclusive of all
applicable bank and government charges being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Supply and Delivery
of the Additional IT Equipment for PRC Region IX-Rebid Under ITB No. 2025-
07-06. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
