INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ACCOMMODATION, MEALS AND SNACKS
The Municipality of Linapacan, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum Four Hundred Sixty-nine Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Pesos Only (P469,570.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ACCOMMODATION, MEALS AND SNACKS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The Municipality of Linapacan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by sixty (60) days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
