Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 900 BAGS CALCIUM NITRATE

1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the National Expenditure Program of 2026 (Short of Award) intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php3,150,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of 900 bags Calcium Nitrate/IB No. 2025-001 (GAS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas now invites bids for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of 900 bags Calcium Nitrate with the following specifications:

900 bags Calcium Nitrate in Granular Form
Nutrient Content:
• 15% Nitrogen minimum
• 18% Calcium minimum
• 50kgs/bag

Terms and Conditions:
1. FPA accredited supplier
2. Supplier must secure licenses or permits to transport from PNP

Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed and to be delivered at the attached drop off points.
