TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

2. The delivery period shall be within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of the approved Purchased Order.
3. Quotation/s exceeding the Approved Budget for the Contract will be rejected.
4. Price quotation/s must be valid for a period of (30) calendar days from the deadline of submission.
5. Suppliers must indicate the brand name and specifications of the item/s being offered.
6. PhilGEPS Registration Certificate shall be attached upon submission of the quotation.
7. Award of contract shall be made to the lowest quotation, which complies with the technical specification.
8. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of acceptance by the end user.
