Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 550 PACKS GROCERY ITEMS FOR VMMC PATIENTS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
