Description : INVITATION TO REBID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 5,000 BAGS VARIOUS NSIC APPROVED RICE CERTIFIED SEEDS
1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum Eight Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php8,800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of 5,000 bags Various NSIC Approved Rice Certified Seeds/IB No. 2025-031 (GAS).
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas now invites bids for the Procurement of Supply and Delivery of 5,000 bags Various NSIC Approved Rice Certified Seeds with the following specifications:
5,000 bags Various NSIC Approved Rice Certified Seeds @ 40 kilogram per bag
• Preferably with the following varieties: NSIC Rc 216, 222, 440, 506, 480 and 622 (minimum of 3 varieties)
• With germination test of at least 90% tested by BPI-NSQCS 6
