1) The Bureau of Fire Protection - Region 7, through the General Appropriations Act CY 2026 intends to conduct an Early Procurement Activity the sum of Sixteen Million Two Hundred Fifty - Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty - Four Pesos Only (₱16,257,934.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 386 Sets of Firefighter-s Personal Protective Equipment (Fire Coats and Trousers, Fire Boots, Fire Helmets and Fire Gloves) CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
