Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 2 UNITS FLATBED DRYER WITH MPDP

1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Seven Pesos and 46/100 (Php2,574,257.46) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of 2 units Flatbed Dryer with MPDP/IB No. 2025-068 (AMV). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas now invites bids for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of 2 units Flatbed Dryer with MPDP with the following specifications:

• Flatbed Dryer (FBD) with minimum six (6) tons capacity
