The Veterans Federation of the Philippines, through the Corporate Budget for 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱22,400,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 14,000 Pairs of VFP Vest and Cap. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
