Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 14 UNITS CORN SHELLER
1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the National Expenditure Program of 2026 (Short of Award) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php4,900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of 14 units Corn Sheller/IB No. 2026-011 (AMV). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas now invites bids for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of 14 units Corn Sheller with the following specifications:
Brand new
Output capacity: 2.0 tons/h (minimum)
V-belt driven
Provision of ear muffs or any ear protective device is mandated when the noise level exceeds the minimum requirement
Shall conform to PAES 208:2000, Power-Operated Corn Sheller
With brand new pneumatic tires (tire must be manufactured not earlier than year 2025)
With set of manufacturer-s standard tools required for maintenance
