INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF 122 SETS
OF FIRE COATS AND TROUSERS

1. The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 7, through the General Appropriations Act CY
2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Seventy - Six Thousand
One Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (₱2,876,150.00) being the ABC for the said procurement.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 7 invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers (Platinum
Membership) to bid for the following:
Delivery of the Goods for every lot is required by within Ninety (90) Calendar Days
upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5)
Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
