Procurement of Supply and Delivery of 1000 Units of Endpoint Security License for NBI Office Nationwide

1. The National Bureau of Investigation, through R.A. 12116 General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four Hundred Forty-One Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Pesos (Php5,441,670.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of 1000 Units of Endpoint Security License for NBI Office Nationwide. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Bureau of Investigation now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The delivery shall commence within forty-five (45) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least one (1) contract similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to the current price using NSO consumer price indices, must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC t...
