The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), through its ( BAC/Supply Unit/FASD), intends to procure "Procurement of Supplies Welcome, Recognition and Graduation Ceremonies of Batch 23 " which will be undertaken in accordance with Small Value Procurement 53.9 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
