Description : The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Php 150,000.00. All bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act. Only submissions from Bidders who pass the eligibility check will be opened.
