1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB) hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser” now requests for submission of price quotations for the procurement of the aforesaid items described in the Technical Specifications.

2. The DENR-EMB intends to apply the sum of One hundred eighty-two thousand seven hudred pesos only (Php182,700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) charged against the SAA 2025 to payments under the PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLIES, MATERIALS AND PPEs FOR MSG WATER SAMPLING ACTIVITY, KITS AND MATERIALS FOR IEC/BISITA ESKWELA AND WQMA CAPACITY BUILDING/CLEAN WATER ADVOCACY WITH RFQ NO. 2025-RFQ-08-154.
