The Department of Education (DepED) Schools Division Office of Ligao City, hereafter referred to as the Procuring Entity, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum Sixty Three Thousand Pesos Only (63,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to eligible payments under the contract for be PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLIES MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT NEED FOR ELECTRICAL AND INSTALLATION MAINTENANCE (EIM) TRACK FOR LIGAO CITY NATIONAL TECHNICAL VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL. Request for Quotation (RFQ) received in excess of the ABC per lot shall automatically rejected at RFQ opening.
