Sir/Ma-am:
The Local Government Unit of Luba, Abra through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will
undertake Procurement of Supplies for the Conduct of Abra Rive and other Water Tributaries
Clean-Up Drive with an approved budget for the contract (ABC) of Ninety- Six Thousand Eight
Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php. 96,850.00).

The procurement will be undertaken through alternative method of procurement: Negotiated
Procurement (Small Value Procurement) in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised
Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

In accordance with the Terms of Reference, please accomplish, provide correct and accurate
information and submit the duly signed Price Quotation Form (Annex “A”) in a sealed envelope
not later than 10:00 AM of June 3, 2025 at the Office of the BAC Secretariat, Municipal Building,
Poblacion, Luba, Abra.

The Local Government Unit of Luba reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations
