PROCUREMENT OF Supplies for Assessment Test/Instructional Materials

1. The Paniqui-on Elementary School of Cadiz City, through the Schools MOOE Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Thousand Pesos (P 7,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supplies for Assessment Test/Instructional Materials. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Paniqui-on Elementary School of Cadiz City now invites bids for procurement of Supplies for Assessment Test/Instructional Materials 2025. Delivery of the Goods is required within April of 2025 as stated in Section VI-Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within 3 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
