The Local Government Unit of Luba, Abra through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake Procurement of Supplies and Materials for EMPOWERING THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUBA THRU SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION with an approved budget for the contract (ABC) of Fifty-Two Thousand One Hundred Pesos (Php. 52,100.00).

The procurement will be undertaken through alternative method of procurement: Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement) in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

In accordance with the Terms of Reference, please accomplish, provide correct and accurate information and submit the duly signed Price Quotation Form (Annex “A”) in a sealed envelope not later than 10:00 AM of February 7, 2025 at the Office of the BAC Secretariat, Municipal Building, Poblacion, Luba, Abra.
