INVITATION TO BID for
PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF BHS PHASE IV

1. The BLGU Cabul-an of Capoocan, Leyte, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND 2024 intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX PESOS ONLY (Php316, 666.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BHS PHASE IV.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BLGU Cabul-an of Capoocan, Leyte, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within TWENTY-EIGHT CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
