The Local Government Unit of Silago, Province of Southern Leyte, through the 20% DEV-T FUND, intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION PESOS (P4,000,000.00) under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONCRETING OF FMR MUNICIPAL WIDE AS PRIORITY PROJECTS OF BARANGAYS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
