1. The Municipality of Kalawit, Zamboanga del Norte, through the MLGU 20% AIP 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Six Pesos and 80/100 (₱399,756.80) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Lot Drugs and Medicines (for RHU Use) at Poblacion, Kalawit, Zamboanga del Norte, (PR No.2025-441). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
