1. The Municipality of Kalawit, Zamboanga del Norte, through the MLGU intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighteen Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (₱418,900.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 5,900 Liters Diesel Fuel (for the use of heavy equipment for the maintenance of barangay roads) at Poblacion, Kalawit, Zamboanga del Norte, (PR No.2025-133). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
