1)The DepEd Pangasinan Schools Division Office II, through the FY 2025 GAAAO dated 01/02/2025 (Reference: Sub-ARO # ROI-25-0469- Php 34,682,466.81) intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Four Million Six Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Four Hundred Six Pesos and 25/100 (Php 34,673,406.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supplementary Learning Resources (SLRs) for School Libraries (Pang2-ITB-25-09-0011R). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
