  Description : The Department of Education, Schools Division of La Carlota City, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure of Supplementary Learning Resources (SLR-s) for the School Libraries through Small Value Procurement (Sec. 34) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
  Quotations exceeding the Approved Budget for the Contract (Php 364,997.45) shall be rejected. Evaluation of quotation and award of contract shall be done on a per lot basis. Award of contract shall be made to the lowest quotation which complies with the technical specifications, requirements and other terms and conditions stated herein. Supplier is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, organization with at least 60% interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. Quotation Opening will be conducted using pass/fail criterion, evaluation and post qualification procedures specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 12009.
