1. The Department of Education - Division of Samar, through the Sub-ARO No. RO-8-25-00260 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Five Hundred Fifty One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (9,551,250.00) for The Procurement of Supplementary Learning Resources for the School Libraries- Lot 8 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
