1. The Department of Education, Schools Division of Abra through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Two Million Eight Hundred Forty Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Seven Pesos and Forty-Eight Centavos (₱ 32,840,367.48) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Supplementary Learning Resources for School Libraries as follows:
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
