I. BIDDER: Air Travel and/or Aviation Data Provider
II. OBJECTIVES
• Subscribe to aviation intelligence data provider to provide the Office of Tourism Development Planning, Research and Information Management (OTDPRIM) and the Office of Market Development (OMD) with essential and up-to-date aviation analytical tools;
• Gather and analyze relevant aviation data on the Philippines and its competitor countries to facilitate the formulation of a comprehensive Route Development strategy;
• Explore potential market opportunities by analyzing historical, current, and future air passenger market, schedule, and airport data; and
• Provide breadth and depth of data analytics that allows the user to have a deep understanding of air travel evolution to establish effective strategies promptly, particularly in leveraging travel recovery.
