1. The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation, through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2025) and 2026 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2026) intends to apply the total amount of EIGHT MILLION NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 8,978,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the Procurement for the Subscription of Energy Trading and Data Warehousing Tool for the New Market Management System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
