Description : Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of Submersible Pumps and Motors with Controller (inclusive of pull-out, installation & commissioning)

1. The Local Government Unit of Sikatuna, through Continuing Appropriation & General Fund-Waterworks Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (Php740, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the - Procurement of Submersible Pumps and Motors with Controller(inclusive of pull-out, installation & commissioning)/Sikatuna-2025-Goods-15. Bids received in excess of the ABC for shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Sikatuna now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be within (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the past two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
