INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF SUBMERSIBLE PUMP
MUNICIPALITY OF MALAPATAN

1. The Local Government Unit, through the GF SB # 6 CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Pesos only (Php 400.000.00 ) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Submersible Pump Municipality of Malapatan PR no. B 2024-12-070. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.`

The LGU Malapatan , through the GFSB #6 CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Pesos only ( Php 400.000.00 ) PR no. B 2024-12-090 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU Malapatan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by on schedule base of activity. Bidders should have completed, within (30) calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The...
