Name of Project: Procurement of submersible motor with complete accessories for the proposed Caticugan, Siquijor, Siquijor pumping station

1. 1 unit #5 HP submersible motor (Franklin USA) 220 volts, single phase, 60HZ @ 3,450 rpm
2. 1 unit control box for 5HP, 220V, single phase
3. 1 Assy full voltage magnetic starter for 5HP, 220 volts, single phase, combination with circuit breaker, contactor,
thermal overload relay, pilot light, push button, ho selector switch, under/over voltage protection, lightning
arrester, and BW liquid level control
4. 42 meters submersible cable
5. 42 meters suspension wire with upper and lower electrode
6. 1 pc. #2 inches diameter sanitary seal
7. 2 rolls each splicing tape, rubber and electrical
