  1. The Local Government of Binalonan, Pangasinan intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED
  FORTY NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS(Php 849,200.00)being the Approved Budget
  for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
  automatically rejected at bid opening.
