and Conditions of this RFQ, and submit your quotation duly signed by your representative at BAC Secretariat,
at BAC Secretariat, Westdrive Village, Brgy. Labas, City of Santa Rosa, Laguna
on or before August 22, 2025:
NOTE: 1. All entries must be filled.
2. Delivery period shall be within Seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the P.O / Contract.
3. Warrant shall be for a period of six (6) months for supplies and materials and one (1) year for equipment,
for the date of acceptance by the procuring entity.
4. Price validity shall be for a period of thirty (30) calendar days.
5. G-EPS Registration Certificate and other bid documents shall be attached upon submission of the
quotation.
