  • Division Procurement
  1. Type of Milk: Canned Sterilized Milk
  2. Flavor: Unflavored
  3. Serving Size: 180-200ml per can
  4. Quality: Milk should be received in good condition, not expired, with no signs of spillage and spoilage, not curdled, not slimy, and no sour smell or any discrepancies on the milk product.
  5. Packaging: Individually packed using retortable can, no signs of bulging and dent. The packaging must clearly and readably indicate the Lot and Batch numbers, and the Manufacturing and Expiration Date. If possible, there should be an imprinted sign per can and per box that indicates “NOT FOR SALE”.
  6. Expiration: The expiration date should not be less than six (6) months from the date of delivery. 7. The Supplier: Must be a Philippine Carabao Center (PCC) and/or a National Dairy Authority (NDA) assisted farmer through the issuance of a certification.
  8. Service Charge:1.5% of the total amount may be provided to PCC/NDA.
