NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF
STEEL RACKS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT STORAGES

1.) The Samar National School, of the Department of Education, Division of Catbalogan City, intends to procure 20 units of Steel Racks for Organizing Storage of Documents and Other Items among the Offices of the Administrative Department.

2.) Citing the above mentioned purpose, the Samar National School, of the Department of Education, Division of Catbalogan City intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos ( Php 140,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).

3.)
