The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thirty Three Million Five Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Seventeen Pesos and 45/100 (₱433,558,217.45) for the Procurement of Starter Toolkits for the Implementation of FY 2025 Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for all items in each lot.
