Procurement of Standard Survival Grab / Go Bag Kit for DOH TRC Bicutan

1) The Department of Health Treatment and Rehabilitation Center - Bicutan (DOH TRC - Bicutan) through the GAA 20264 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Ninety Six Pesos 92/100 Only (Php 1,198,096.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DOH TRC - Bicutan now invites bids for Procurement of Standard Survival Grab / Go Bag Kit for DOH TRC Bicutan5 using the Fit-for-Purpose Approach. Delivery of the Goods is required Fifteen (15) working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least at least three (3) years supply and delivery of standard survival kit from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
