The Department of Trade and Industry-10 (DTI-10), through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (P3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of SSF#13 on Coconut Cooking Oil Processing Facility for Misamis Occidental Coconut Farmers and Processors Association, Inc. (MOCOFPA) (PR2025-08-548). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
