The Bacong High School, hereafter referred to as the Procuring Entity, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 50,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement of Sports Equipment for Students- Use. Requests for Quotation (RFQs) received in excess of the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at the RFQ opening.

The Bacong High School, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now requests you to submit a Request for Quotation for the above-mentioned project.

A Technical Specification and Schedule of Requirements for the items are provided. All items listed under the Request for Quotation must comply with procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
