INVITATION TO BID
FOR
PROCUREMENT OF SPORTS EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES FOR SPORTS DEVELOPMENT OF ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS

1. The Municipal Government of Naic through the 2025 GENERAL FUND/SEF intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND AND EIGHTY PESOS (Php 648,080.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the PROCUREMENT OF SPORTS EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES FOR SPORTS DEVELOPMENT OF ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS, this municipality;

2. The Municipal Government of Naic now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF SPORTS EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES FOR SPORTS DEVELOPMENT OF ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC within three (3) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids.
